    Poster Guidelines

Guidelines for on line submission of abstract

- The font type Times New Roman with a size of 12 points is to be used.
- Use single spacing.
- Abstract should be left justified.
- Title should be in bold letters without underlining.
- Leave one line between title and authors (affiliation and address), and one line between authors and text.
- Underline the name of the presenting author.
- E-mail of corresponding author may be included.
- The denominators of units derived by division should be written with negative indices (e.g. kg ha-1)


Poster format

Please use the following guidelines and format to prepare your poster.

Allocated poster space - The poster MUST NOT exceed 38”x 54” e.g. use one of the standard size formats (24”x 36” or 36”x 48”) or any other size either in landscape or portrait as long as it fits in the maximum allocated area (38”x54”).
The poster surface is Braelick Fabric, Velcro compatible/push in friendly; Velcro will be provided during the poster setup.

Layout suggestion
Limit the text to about ¼ to ½ of the poster space, and use images, photographs, and graphs to present your research. Make a banner to display the title, name, and affiliation at top-center of the poster.
The text should be readable from five feet away. Use a minimum font size of 18 points.
Lettering for the title should be large (at least 70-point font). Use all capital letters for the title.

Use of the following format/sections are suggested :
Title
Author names and affiliation
Abstract
Introduction
Materials and methods
Result/discussion
Conclusions
References
