Oral Presentation
Guidelines

Guidelines for on line submission of abstract
-
- The font type Times New Roman with a size of
12 points is to be used.

- Use single spacing.
-
- Abstract should be left justified.
-
- Title should be in bold letters without
underlining.

- Leave one line between title and authors
(affiliation and address), and one line
between authors and text.

- Underline the name of the presenting author.
-
- E-mail of corresponding author may be
included.
-
- The denominators of units derived by
division should be written with negative
indices (e.g. kg ha-1)
Oral Presenters:
Presentations should be in
Powerpoint (MS PowerPoint 2003); please
bring your presentation on a USB memory
stick or a CD. At the beginning of each day
(between 7 & 8am) please head over to the
room your presentation is taking place. A
volunteer will be present in each room to
help you load your presentation pm on the
appropriate computer. Please verify with
your session chair, at least 1hr before your
session starts that presenation has been
loaded.
Please be sure
to CLEARLY identify your CD or USB memory
stick with your name & the session in which
you are presenting.
If your
presentation is in another format please let
us know as soon as possible.
